Do I need a referral from a doctor?
You DO NOT need a referral from a doctor or a hospital to attend sessions at our centre. We accept referrals from a range of sources including self-referrals, parents, teachers, or other professionals.
How often do I need to attend therapy?
The frequency of therapy depends on the needs of you or your child. Most often we see our clients on a weekly basis.
How long will I need to attend therapy for?
The duration of therapy is dependent on a number of factors. This includes the nature of the problem, how receptive and motivated the client is in therapy, the age of the client and the involvement of caregivers and other professionals. Your therapist will be able to advise you during your assessment.
What happens if I don’t see progress after a few sessions?
It is important to remember that therapy is not like taking medicine where you will be able to see results after a week or two. Be patient and persevere. Improvement not only depends on the therapist’s skills but also on the client’s motivation and the amount of practice. Speak to your therapist if you are unsure about what to expect.
Are family members allowed in the sessions?
We strongly believe in family involvement, hence family members and other related caregivers are encouraged to attend the sessions and repeat the activities at home. This allows for continuity and faster progress in development.
Will my insurance cover the sessions at Therapy Inc?
You will have to ask your insurance provider. However, we are more than happy to fill out any insurance forms to assist the process.
What are your fees like?

What are the modes of payment accepted?
We accept cash, NETS, cheques, Paynow baby bonus cards and credit cards (via Stripe).
